• Bead Queen Parties require a minimum of 8 children for a party booking
  • Party booking includes 30-60 minutes of party consultation to ensure that the jewelry projects provided will fit your child’s personality and party theme
  • Parties of 8-12 children: allow 2 hours
  • Parties of 12-16 children: allow 2.5-3  hours
  • 20-40 min set-up, 80-90 min instruction, 20 minutes wrap-up


$30/child–both necklace and bracelet
A non-refundable deposit of $75 (toward your party cost) is required to secure your Bead Queen Party date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the date of your party.

  • DIY jewelry kits (written instructions included): $12/necklace, $10/bracelet, $20/both
  • Ready-made jewelry favors: $15/necklace, $12/bracelet, $25/both
  • DIY customizable, printable invitation: $25 (print as many as you need!)
  • Hand-created, embellished invitations w/envelope: $4/each for set designs
  • Decoration packages in a variety of color schemes: $30/$60/$90/$120
  • Party set-Up assistance: $30/hour

Holiday, sports team, club, mommy and me, and other group parties are also available. Completed jewelry designs are available for individual sale in person or on the Bead Queen Boutique Etsy website.

Other supplies/services available upon request. Please allow as much lead time as possible for customized items. Rush service charge of $25 added if party supplies are needed within 1 week, $50 if needed in less than a week, $75 if needed within 48 hours. Rush orders are accepted as time permits and taken at the discretion of The Bead Queen for the local Orange County area only. For any other specific rush requests, please contact The Bead Queen.
